Our Story: What Makes Tails Waggin' Pet Care Different

Tails Waggin' Pet Care is not just a pet sitting and boarding service. We are a licensed and insured pet care company that provides only the best, highest quality care and love to your beloved fur babies. 

Lisa Casey and Andrew Wilson met doing what they love the most...caring for beloved animals! As the founders of Tails Waggin' Pet Care, both bring heart and soul to this business. 

Lisa was born an avid pet lover and has cared for her own animals since she was a child. She treats her pets as if they were human, giving them the necessary love and care that they need to thrive. 

Andrew comes to Tails Waggin' with the same passion for animals. In addition to working with animals for over 15 years, he has experience in animal behavioral training techniques. 

As pet owners themselves, they are the is the proud human parents of several furbabies... dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, goats, and a chatty pig named Hamlet. If their pets could speak they would likely boast that they feel like an only child in the presence of Lisa and Andrew. This is because the care provided is top notch and individualized, even while caring for many animals at one time.

Their dreams of having a farm and warm home full of animals, including rescue animals and fosters, is coming to fruition. Both are animal CPR/First Aid certified and both have established relationships with other animal-friendly community agencies in Dawson, Hall, and Forsyth Counties. 

Lisa and Andrew provide the time needed to care for each animal. This is what makes them different from other pet caregivers. Whether they are working with one or many, each animal receives the 1:1 care necessary for quality services.  They are able to provide medications, take care of sick animals and/or those with special needs, have experience with multiple animals, and are experienced in grooming and training techniques.

Lisa and Andrew participate in fundraisers, provides foster care, and volunteers for organizations including the Ahimsa House, Ruff Dog Rescue  and the Humane Society of Forsyth County.
